Introduction to Qi-Gong May 23 & 24 with Maryline Lefebvre
Qi gong (氣功) literally means “breath work and control.” This ancient discipline encompasses a set of Chinese practices aimed at developing and harmonizing Qi, the vital energy that flows through every living being. To understand its meaning, it is essential to grasp its two fundamental components—qi and gong—as well as the core concept of Qi in the Chinese tradition.
Maryline has been a Tai Chi and Qi-Gong teacher for 15 years. She offers a 2-day introduction to Qi-Gong, with a program including meditation, walks, the most well-known exercises, and relaxation.
Beginners are welcome. Maximum group size: 15 people.

Le Chat'O is located in a hamlet on a GR hiking trail leading to Payrac, and 300m from Lake Laouzas. We are 45 minutes from Castres, 1 hour 15 minutes from Albi, 15 minutes from Lacaune, 10 minutes from Murat-sur-Vèbre, and 15 minutes from La Salvetat.
